2 C. bite-size pieces of chicken, cooked
1 bunch of broccoli, steamed
Sauce:
1 C. milk
1/3 C. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. (1 cup) Cheddar cheese
1/3 C. Parmesan cheese
Spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
Heat all the ingredients of the sauce in a pan over medium heat, stirring frequently to blend cream cheese.
In crockpot, layer 1/2 broccoli, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 sauce. Repeat.
Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours. Stir gently and serve.
