1C Butter
1/3 C unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3C white sugar
12oz Can Evaporated Milk
Bring ingredients to a boil in a sauce pan for about 7mins
Remove from heat and add 1tsp Vanilla
Mix well with beaters and pour in blender for 2-4 mins.
Serve immediately or chill in fridge.
